After I had my son, I joined Weight Watchers to lose the pregnancy weight. At that time, WW used a points system to track food. We were given a certain number of points to eat during the day. They gave us a little formula to use when consulting nutrition charts to determine how many points were in a serving. Sometimes, a food would come up with zero points.
